Returns / Exchanges
Customers & distributors may return items to the warehouse
under the following terms:
Within 30 days of purchase with no penalty. Refunds will not include
freight charges. Distributors will be responsible to apply
return goods authorization (RGA) from Tretan and arrange freight for
the return. The credit will be posted to the distributor’s
account upon inspection and verification of the return.
2. End-user customers must contact the corporate offices in Weymouth to
arrange a return.
Only distributors may apply for a return 31+ days after purchase with
25% restocking fee. Distributor’s will be responsible to
for an RGA from Tretan and arrange freight for the return.
credit will not include any freight for the original order, but will
include the value of the inventory less the restocking fee.

4. Where goods are damaged in
transit, Tretan will replace the inventory to the Customer or
distributor at no cost. Tretan may, at its sole discretion,
re-call the damaged goods back to its warehouse. Customers
distributors are required to report any damage to orders in the

b. Other damages, not associated with shipping should be brought to
Tretan’s attention, in writing within 7 days of delivery.
